Cara membuat
Masukkan bawang merah dan sedikit garam ke dalam mangkuk kemudian remas hingga sedikit layu.
Campurkan semua bahan ke dalam mangkuk berisi bawang kecuali jeruk limau, terasi, dan minyak kelapa.
Panaskan minyak kelapa di dalam wajan kecil.
Masukkan terasi yang sudah dihaluskan, biarkan hingga sedikit mendidih.
Angkat lalu siramkan ke campuran sambal, aduk rata.

Bahan- bahan :
Kacang tanah goreng 1 kg
Gula jawa 1 Kg
Kencur 100 gram
Cabe rawit 100 gram
Terasi 2 bungkus
Garam 50 gram
Bawang merah 100 gram
Penyedap/ MSG 10 gram
Asam Jawa 2 ruas jari
Cara membuat:
Goreng cabe rawit dan bawang merah
Setelah matang blender cabe rawit, bawang merah, kencur terasi, beri larutan air asam jawa sekitar kurang lebih 10 mili liter
Lalu masukan bumbu ke kantong plastik beserta garan dan penyedap.
Kali ini kita bawa deh ke tukang penggilingan kacang
Di tukang penggilingan tambahkan gula jawa, kacang tanah goreng, bumbu halus
Sesudah di giling kita aduk-aduk di baskom agar lebih tercampur rata
Kita masukan ke dalam plastik kira-kira sekitar 200 gram tiap bungkusnya
