Bahan-bahan:
Mie telor
Sosis
Telur
Wortel
Sawi Hijau
Bawang putih
Garam
Merica
Penyedap
Kecap Manis
Air
Minyak Goreng
Cara Membuat:
- Potong sayuran, haluskan bawang putih
- Rebus mie telor sampai matang kurang lebih 3-5 menit, angkat dan tiriskan lalu campurkan kecap manis secukupnya.
- Siapkan penggorengan yang sudah di beri minyak goreng kurang lebih 10 ml. Masukan telur dan di orak arik sampai matang.
- Bawang putih di tumis sampai harum.
- Campurkan wortel dan air sedikit agar wortel matang, lalu masukan sosis dan sayuran.
- Masukan bumbu, garam, merica, penyedap sesuai selera.
- Setelah itu baru masukan mie telor dan aduk semua bahan sampai tercampur sempurna.
Agar lebih mantap di sajikan dengan acar timun dan cabe rawit.

- After that, just add the egg noodles and stir all the ingredients until they are perfectly mixed.
