Bahan-bahan :
Tepung beras 125 gram
Air hangat 80 ml
Garam 1/4 sdt
Daun pandan, potong - potong 2 lembar
Gula merah, iris halus
BAHAN TABURAN:
Kelapa parut 1/4 butir
Garam - sejumput
Bahan Taburan:
Campur kelapa parut dengan sejumput garam. Kukus selama 10 menit.
- Panaskan panci/dandang kukusan.
- Dalam wadah, campur tepung beras dan garam, tuang air hangat sampai menjadi adonan bergerindil. Saring dengan menggunakan saringan kawat hingga hasilnya jadi adonan bulir pasir.
- Siapkan cetakan kue/agar silikon. Tuang adonan putu ke dalam cetakan hingga sepertiga tingginya. Beri irisan gula merah lalu tuang adonan putu lagi sampai cetakan penuh. Beri irisan daun pandan di atasnya.
- Kukus selama 25 menit hingga matang. Angkat lalu keluarkan kue dari cetakan.
- Siap disajikan dengan taburan kelapa.
TIPS
1. Jangan menekan adonan putu saat memasukkan nya ke dalam cetakan. Cukup ditabur jangan supaya kue tidak keras.
2. Air kukusan dalam panci/dandang bisa ditambahkan daun pandan agar lebih wangi.
3. Bahan taburan bisa ditambahkan gula pasir bila suka.

Ingredients:
Rice flour - 125 grams
Warm water - 80 ml
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Pandan leaves, cut into 4 cm 2 pieces
Brown sugar, finely sliced to taste
INGREDIENTS:
Coconut, grated 1/4 grain
Salt - a pinch
Sprinkling Ingredients:
Mix the grated coconut with a pinch of salt. Steam for 10 minutes.
- Heat the steamer pot/cooker.
- In a bowl, mix rice flour and salt, pour warm water until it becomes a lumpy dough. Strain using a wire sieve until the result is a grain of sand.
- Prepare a cake mold / silicone agar. Pour the putu mixture into the mold to a third of the height. Give the brown sugar slices and then pour the putu mixture again until the mold is full. Put the pandan leaf slices on it.
- Steam for 25 minutes until cooked. Lift and remove the cake from the mold.
- Ready to serve with a sprinkling of coconut.
TIPS
1. Do not press the putu dough when putting it into the mould. Just sprinkled not so the cake is not hard.
2. Steamed water in a pot / cork can be added with pandan leaves to make it more fragrant.
3. Sprinkles can be added with sugar if you like.
