Bahan-bahan :
- Sagu mutiara 100 gr
- Santan Kara 100 ml
- Gula Pasir 100 ml
- Daun Pandan 2 lembar
- Vanili 1 sdt
- Garam 1 sdm
- Air 600-1000 ml
Cara membuat Bubur Mutiara (Metode 5-30-7) :
Rebus air sampai mendidih..
Masukkan mutiara, rebus selama 5 menit lalu matikan api. Diamkan selama 30 menit (Jangan buka tutup)..
Sambil menunggu mutiara, buat santan lebih dulu. Rebus santan dengan garam sampai mendidih. Angkat..
Setelah 30 menit. Rebus kembali mutiara tambahkan gula. Aduk-aduk selama 7 menit. Matikan api. Tutup sebentar agar putih2 di mutiara hilang..
Sajikan bubur mutiara dengan diberi kuah santan.
Bubur yang satu ini berbahan dasar sagu mutiara atau sago pearl, yaitu makanan berbentuk bulat-bulat kecil yang terbuat dari tepung sagu. Bentuknya yang bulat dan transparan ini menjadikannya disebut jadi mutiara. Sagu mutiara biasa dijual dalam bentuk kering.
